I don’t blame you people, na ASOS cause am… as you people have decided to delay my goods for 18 days without reaching out. Don’t reply emails or calls, you’re the worst cross border courier service<br><br>Why is so hard to contact you, your phone number is invalid you should check it, im beyond frustrated just trying to get my orders from Temu delivered. I need my orders to be delivered immediately, your rider called me while i was at work that he was in my home location and i told him he should have called earlier and asked him to reschedule for the next day, why is it hard to get the items redelivered.
Please, I made a purchase from Temu last December and my order was supposed to have been delivered by your company on the 28th of December but up until now I have not heard from your delivery agent. Unfortunately, the number on your website has not been reachable.<br><br>However, Temu customer care said I could pick up my items myself since they are actually ready.<br><br>Kindly send me the pick up code and address so that i can pick it up as soon as possible. The Skynet team is extremely incompetent and unreliable. They held my package for two weeks, falsely claiming I hadn’t paid a clearing charge, even though they never sent an invoice. Despite my numerous calls being ignored, I eventually reached them. Only then did they send the invoice, which I paid promptly. They promised to ship the package the next working day but failed to do so. While I did eventually receive it, if you want a smooth, hassle-free transaction, I would advise avoiding Skynet.

If I could give -1, as review, then I’d give it. That’s exactly what this Skynet service gives. They do not pick calls and they have been promising I’d get my package, after about 3 weeks of payment and still nothing! They’d cripple people’s businesses with no consequences. Nobody should voluntarily use this service! I wonder why these international brands still use them even with all the horrible reviews. Definitely a NO NO service!
