This logistics company has the rudest customer service rep I've ever encountered in Lagos. Half my packages arrived late, completely ruining my event, all because she ignored my clear instruction to assign two riders. Timekeeping was consistently terrible, drivers were repeatedly late, and now she’s withholding two of my packages, demanding full payment before returning them—something I absolutely won't agree to.<br>I strongly advise against using their services if reliability and professionalism matter to you.
