Very poor customer service and delivery service. No one ever gets to pick their customer care line and in the process, you will still be charged and their riders usually collect various items at the same time causing serious delivery delay. Infact, two of my customers rejected what they bought from me because the rider got to deliver very late a 40 minutes journey became over 4 hrs journey. Mtcheeww
I decided to download the app because I know someone that uses the service and it seems pretty reliable... but after registering... I could not go beyond the OTP verification because I got none.. Kept checking and refreshing my email. even changed my number.. I could not re-register... I could not use the app... I try using the web the same result
I really like this company and their services. Their staff have always been and remain courteous to me during our dealings. I am glad we have this sort of quality services available with a few taps on their app. 5 stars from me.
Though a little delayed but it was good doing business with Kwik. The guys are fantastic. Resilient. Fantastic and prompt follow-up. He called immediately to pick up exactly 09:59pm unbelievable for early next day delivery... 👍
Got to the office but no one responded to allow me access into the office
Kwik Delivery is unreliable. You book a ride at 11 am and by 3 pm you are yet to get a rider for the delivery. The rider that by chance gets assigned to your order doesn't call you instead you call him and he promises to come pick up. Only for him to cancel 2 hours later.<br>Whenever you book with Kwik Delivery, you ALWAYS have to call or chat them because a rider is NEVER assigned to your order automatically.<br>The only thing they are good at is debiting your account immediately you book.
The service gets worse each time. I am a frequent KWIK user. I’ve received calls from KWIK after a few pick-up delays and calling them to report. The worst happened today. Rider clocked in as started at just after 9am for a VI- Lekki delivery. By well afternoon he hadn’t turned up. I tracked the rider and called him and he was giving me stories.He did not pick up until after 4pm! More than 5 hours beyond my 9.30 booked time. Yet, he clocked in as delivered at 9.30pm. How could he have delivered a parcel he hadn’t picked up! Mind you, I had booked from the night before This delay could have cost me a loss of money, but no do they care. Their name does not match the service! I had told them on one of the calls that I would move to a more efficient courier. It’s time to do that. I’m moved to naming and shaming them on sm platforms with screenshots of this particular booking. I have added a screenshot but blacked out private details.
If you love your self, business and energy avoid this cursed delivery company by all means! 3 good times I have had the worst experience with kwik delivery! even as I type this I requested a ride since 11am and their rider has ran away with my goods ! I love the vibrant team of professionals involved in their operations and the ease at which they made me feel like a king.
The worst logistics company I’ve come across. Their riders are cheeky, they hold on to your item which you assume has been delivered until the addressed recipient confirms non receipt and you have to spend the next 12 hours chasing up with their customer service. ‘Our apologies’ does not solve inefficiency. I’ve had terrible experiences with KWIK and I think I’ve had enough now.
