I wish I could give this review zero stars because it's not even worthy of 1 star.<br><br>Ordered some products from China value of goods is $29.12 and I get an email from FEDEX Red Star with an outrageous customs bill of NGN150,000 HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!!! TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THEY WROTE ON THE CUSTOMS BILL THAT THE SHIPMENT VALUE WAS $1,000. WHERE ARE THESE IMAGINARY FIGURES COMING FROM?<br><br>AFTER COMPLAINING TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE THEY REVIEWED THE VALUE OF GOODS DOWN TO $500, ANOTHER IMAGINARY FIGURE - EVEN AFTER I PROVIDED EVIDENCE FROM THE WEBSITE I ORDERED FROM!<br><br>I will only be using DHL for my international deliveries from now on! Staff are efficient, friendly and courteous, they don't waste time and items are handled with the utmost care and precision required. Your goods are safe here within the stipulated time for its pickup. The environment is clean and safe too.
The security personnel in this company should be more trained to be hospitable. Imagine, I visited a branch of this company at Mafoluku, Lagos, to send a document to Abuja and because I came few minutes before 8 am the security personnel ordered me to go and stand outside the gate when there were seats I could sit on within the premise of the company, as if I was a stranger without any mission there, only for me to be told they were not receiving documents in that particular branch when it was 8 am. The only difference was the staff who eventually attended to me in the other branch not far from there. The security the other branch too kept me standing for as long as I waited for the arrival of the staff in charge. I don't know if this is part of the security trainings though. Asides, the service was good, the delivery was smooth and prompt.
