This company is evil, unprofessional and run by people who live in their bedroom. Don't be deceived by their offices or branches. Iys a facade. An item shipped from Lagos to enugu has grown wrings and disappeared. Customer service switches their phone and ignore your calls. All your clients you have worked hard to acquire will take you for a scam. Choose courier plus to ruin your business.
If there should be a rating less than 1 star I think that will be where this company should be placed, tried waybill within Nigeria from Lagos to Niger state and its over 8 days I haven't recieve my parcel even if its a cross border shipment I don't think it should take this long

Deliver with their logistics at your own cost. My package was sent to another location, it's been almost a month and I haven't received my package and it's within nigeria. Very useless and poor delivery services.
At the beginning they were good though I guess it was because my customers were mainly in Lagos. Then I had a terrible experience with them where their courier tried playing a fast one on me. Anyway I decided to give them another try last two weeks. My items got delivered and till now more than 10 days after, I have not being paid. I have called and called and all I get from their representative is payment will me made before the close of work ever time I call. Courier Plus, please pay my money. You've taken your charges so why owe me? The next action will be to visit your office and cause a scene.

I was supposed to get a package from 17TRACk from China with the tracking number GZ0000961657YQ, when it got to them here in Abuja, the courier changed the status to “delivered” without delivering to me or even reaching out to me till date. My goods is still with them.
