We normally deliver on time
I made booking 2 days b4 d day of d delivery, and I sell perishable items, on d day of d delivery, I called and dey assured me they wud pick up and deliver, only for them not to show up, and they switch their phones off, at d last minute, my items got bad, they are not reliable, and not efficient, up till d next day no one called to apologise, I lost my customers , as a result of this

Delivery service is good and on-time to the best of my knowledge but I never look forward to chatting them whenever I need a pick-up or delivery done.The responses during enquiries is way below par and borderline rude, no matter how courteous you try to be.<br>I can't be going through that all the time. I'd rather take my business and money somewhere else where patronage is respected.
Bad customer care service, the lady that chats on what's app is very rude and lacks custom relations, she was even talking with a very high tone, and the prices are unnecessarily expensive. They say express delivery n the get there at the end of the day. Smh can't use ,and can't recommend.
if there was ever a faster delivery service, it is these guys. customer service on WhatsApp was so courteous, patient and related information well. paid for same day delivery for my laptop with skepticism and it arrived that same day, in good condition without and problems. I'd recommend them to anybody that wants to use for delivery. the prices are very reasonable. the whole service deserves 6 stars.
