Reviews
A very reputable freight and logistics company in Nigeria. But my wife had a very bad experience with ABC Cargo. Luggage was sent from Abuja to Lagos which took more than a week before reaching Lagos. I was happy with the way the officer in charge handled the issue. She apologised for the inconvenience.
Professional.
Friendly and very courteous staff.
I am proud of the continuity of the brand judging from the year of establishment up until now. The ABC brand has definitely evolved well and I hope the continue to evolve positively.
They are clearly passionate about the cargo process and are really ready for business. They move furnitures, goods, luggage and they have a wide range of network of cargo delivery.
Please note that they started off as only passenger transport but have expanded to cargo lifting.
It is safe to advise that anyone looking to move things around the country can contact them.
NB
They give cost by weight so the heavier your content, the more you would pay.
Worst logistics company I have ever encountered.... Their customer service is poor, their delivery is as slow as a snail.... It took 1 week and still counting to get goods shipped from port Harcourt to Lagos and when you call them they tell you it's on transit with no exact idea on the present location the goods is at. I regret using them.
The can guarantee your items are packaged well and kept safe. They even have an offer incase you are relocating to another state. For the relocation offer, they'll come straight to your house and carry your items. I relocated with them to Abuja. They awesome.
They lack structure. You want to send a parcel, there is no fixed price or a transparent pricing structure. Dont expect to be able to track your sent parcel.

As a plus, they have never lost or damaged my items sent through them but they could be better
My experience - seamless operations, get in, present your way bill code, get cleared and off you go.
However, it's necessary to inform customers of home delivery services at the counter. Not everyone is aware of that service. This will reduce the number of people visiting to pick up parcel.
I own a business so I use their services a lot for interstate deliveries. Started using their services about a year ago and it's been a good experience, compared to how bad delivery services are in this country. Their prices is reasonably fair, had only few casualties with them tho. Also I really wish their delivery time is faster, the fact that clients have to wait almost 10days before their packages gets to them is not so encouraging to my business at all, lost a couple of potential clients Because the delivery wait time is too long for them. But overall they're good at what they do. Their Kaduna branch staffs are amazing people
This courier company comes highly recommended as far as prompt, safe and timely logistics services are concerned.
This is the best courier service I've used.
Tracking of parcels and security of delivery.
Staff are security conscious and the environment is accessible.
My package; HD-INT-9CD148-IYB-IBA-2 from Lagos to Ibadan is for home delivery but has been sitting at your office since it arrived in Ibadan since Thursday Jan 5, 2026.
Today is Jan 9 and I still havenβt received my package. Whatβs going on?!
