Terrible experience. About the type in our local general hospitals of those days. So much paper files of very disgusting sight. Unfortunately my first impression with d first Doctor (one fair lady) was very terrible and disappointing in this age and time. A bit insulting with a bad character of pressing phone and can not stand up to call patients but will be sending patients to call the next person. Lacks courtesy and so full of herself. This is not for me even under free medicals I can’t take it truly. This place is terrible.
Eko hospital (Maryland ikeja branch) I won't stop cursing them and their generations for murdering my elder sister in cold blood out of negeligence and lackadaisical attitudes.<br>5th of May will make it exactly 6 years they wasted that young lady's life.<br>Using student doctors to run fibroid operation. Operation scheduled for 10.a.m commenced around 1:30 p.m and they brought her out half dead by 10:30p.m and she died around 2:a.m ( as they so claimed) cause am convinced she was dead already but they refused us from seeing her.<br>How can you be operating someone and the doctor will go and said his colligues will continue. Meaning no professional is handling the surgery.<br>How can you open your mouth and tell me that you have cut my sister open since 1:30p.m and you are waiting for the consultant to arrive at 3:30 p.m.<br><br>No time management, no good audience to patients, very callous nurses.<br>It will never be well with EKo hospital.<br>Infact I can't even advice my enemy to go there.
I almost lost someone precious at the Surulere branch of this hospital. They gave us a very wrong test result which would have resulted into pure tragedy. For me, it's not about how beautiful your structure looks. It's not also about how outstanding or how well dressed your staff are! The truth is that their services are not effective! It was a painful experience.
On the HMO part, these people are snails. You can spend the whole day in the hospital due to slow motion, very poor network and staff negligence. Nepa will take light and you just have to wait till Nepa brings d light back. Their doctors & drug prescriptions are good tho. If you have to be here on HMO, pls plan to be here the whole day, no matter how bad your health is. It's actually annoying that as big as the hospital seems, they don't exercise time management. But bcos I don't have money to treat myself on my own, I really don't have a choice than take the whole thing and just complain. I will look for a better hospital after today.

Went to do enquiries with oncology department and they gave me a wrong number.<br>Don't even understand why.<br>Shitty service
My experience today from their nurse is really horrible.<br><br>How can you tell Mr HMO officer has closed around 5pm, hence I should go back home with my sickness and come back the following day(she doesn't care whether i survive till the followingday or now, not her business).<br><br>Like no sign of empathy from their senior nurse, despite the empathyof the junior nurse. I hope that particular woman will not be the reason the hospital will be close, some day.
Good hospital with good facilities highly in customer service no waiting on the queue
This place is shitty and offers shitty service. It keeps getting worse each time I visit the place. The staff are very ill-mannered, lack training. How can someone sit down for hours because only one doctor works on Saturday. And this same doctor was nowhere to be found. A typical Lagos government hospital of today beats your hospital handsdown. You guys are really living on old glory. Either fold up the business or sell it to new management.
Thanks Good heavens I saw all these reviews before stepping into the hospital…all the reviewers cannot all be wrong at the same time. That means their is a systemic failure in the hospital and it seems the management don’t care as I could not see any public statement or comment on this review page stating otherwise. So it’s either the mgmt does not care or they think people don’t reviews online, which tells me that the so called professionals at this hospital supposed to be retired as they are already old and thinks analog in a digital age……SHAME
