Rude front desk, terrible HMO Officer, everything about the hospital is so wrong. Got there very sick at about 10am and wasn't attended to till around 2pm. I was too weak to go somewhere else. Injections I was given on my hand formed abscess. The one given to me on my butt almost paralysed my legs. Each time I sat, I'd feel a sharp pain. These lasted for months. Very unpleasant experience indeed.
My friends wife had an emergency we rushed her to their hospital and was rejected, i now took them to Syd-monic where i have a family card, they attended to her without asking for deposit, after they stabilize her, they now brought her bill which was friendly. I recommend this hospital for any family.
