Reddington Hospital

The service and specialty wasn't worth the bill I paid for it.<br><br>The Facillity and registration process was fine, but the GP I was examined by did not really seem concerned of her patients' symptoms and she even looked so bored and unwilling to do anything on that day.<br><br>Even worse was the next part. I paid my bill and was asked to wait at a certain area for X ray but no one was attending thereafter, so i went back and asked at the reception, only to figure out no one was actually following up and there was even no X ray machine ready. 🤦<br><br>I was sent to another branch in VI, and this branch again sent me back to Lekki branch. What a waste of time and money. ⚠️ Not recommended at all.

One hell of a great hospital with the best facilities. It's about the best private clinics in Lagos!! All equipment are standard and services are outstanding. This informs the reason why their medical services could skyrocket in terms of pricing. However, you get the best medical attention with the most qualified personnel.

Appaling service, terrible staff, lack manners. Have no communication skills.<br>Ended up leaving and did not do the test.<br>Very disorganised. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone. They are good for nothing. I prefer Lagoon. Atleast they attend to u on time

I hope this gets to the right channel.<br><br>The professionalism of the doctors are great. Responsive and Passionate about patient well-being.<br><br>However, suggest there is more to be done. Get readily available we’ll trained, skilled, PROACTIVE and EMPATHIC patient handlers; Well rotated and schedule; not fatigued ones whose facial expressions and body language tells you they are tired, have been working since morning and wants to go home: then you have no choice than to do the handling job yourself to avoid issues.. Train them on maintaining and sustaining emotional intelligence through the day (not just in the morning). General customer service needs to be addressed.<br><br>You can have the state of art equipment, the best hands, but poor service delivery can cost you a whole lot.<br><br>Keep thriving for excellence. Reddington is my Go-to hospital for medical care. They have friendly and approachable staff who know how to treat patients with patience and respect.<br>When you book an appointment with Reddington, they even call and send messages to remind you a day before.<br>They have excellent customer care. Very satisfying services.

Very good hospital - quite pricey though

Once you enter to the hospital you say wow this is it, here surely they will take care of me, but unfortunately NO. They are just there to take your money and do nothing. Very unprofessional services and unprofessional care. Your health is not a priority for them, their priority is your money. I went there to meet neurologist doctor after they advised me to meet him. But the meeting and the treatment was online through online meetings with inability to reach the doctor in anytime other than the 15 minutes meeting. After the meeting they suppose to send for me the treatment but they don't do that until you remind them many times and call them to make them do that. After many complaints one of their customer care management contacted me to apologize and promised to not repeat the same experience. Then they repeated it next time. To sum up, I didn't benefit at all of the stupid online meetings and because of the lack of communication between me and the doctor because they don't allow me to communicate with him outside the meetings. Its a beautiful hospital only by the shape with no care for the people who go their because they need some help.

Staff are good, environment is very clean and good treatment

I’d really like to commend the leadership of this hospital. They are doing great and I hope they continue.<br><br>My first visit to this location was sometime in 2023- was in Lagos and a relative who was in a neighboring country and needed urgent medical care had to be flown out of.<br><br>I was fortunate to be nearby this hospital when the call came in and I walked in and asked to speak to the MD on duty- Dr. Azeez Taoreed was introduced to me and he assessed the situation remotely and promised they could handle the such at their hospital. Patient was flown in within days and she’s doing great.<br><br>Few weeks later…an expatriate neighbor also had an emergency and I was called and I gave them the number to this hospital…I was informed the hospital sent an ambulance to their location and was given great treatment as well…<br><br>Just few weeks ago- March 2025. Visited Lagos again and an elderly relative was ill as well and in a remote location…she was brought in to Lagos for treatment and we were met by Dr. Abiodun Osibamowo. He was very welcoming and went straight to assess her himself before the other doctor took over and he made sure Grandma was attended to quickly and with respect- all tests were ran, and he stayed around till she was admitted and he made sure to check on her daily and communicated about her treatments and plans to the family on time.<br><br>I would have loved to give a 5-star… but I believe that some of the staff can do better. The assigned resident doctor during the March 2025 visit wasn’t as welcoming as expected, hated to be asked questions- gave a one word answer…just acted like he didn’t want to be bothered, wouldn’t look u in the face even when he responded, likewise the CNA’s that attended to her on the ground floor before been taken upstairs to the Babajide ward particularly a plump lady wearing the grey scrubs was very rough and impolite.<br><br>The worst experience was while we waited at Radiology…the assigned lady was very rude…she was in/out of the room close to the hallway at Radiology and refused to give her name.<br><br>Receptionists, security and Accounting staff were friendly and willing to help, their attitude helped ease the stress of being in such an environment…a hospital.<br><br>I’d like to give a shout out as well to Ms. Abisoye in Accounting. She made sure all payments were applied appropriately and sent updates and receipts promptly and she was always with a smile.<br><br>Note: electricity, AC worked 24hrs. Environment is clean, smells ok and feels safe.<br><br>I do highly recommend this hospital at this location👍🏽

Avoid Reddington Hospital! Nurses handle patients without gloves, putting hygiene at risk. They withhold itemized bills even when requested and fail to process refunds for unutilized payments. This is unacceptable for a supposed top-tier hospital. If you value transparency and proper medical care, I highly recommend Evercare Hospital in Lekki Phase 1 instead.
