This shouldn't be your first as someone having a crisis. I had a horrible experience at this hospital. They refused to tell me or my husband information from test result. I would died here. Thank God I discharged myself. They can't stand patient who ask questions.<br><br>Structural building is not same as expertise.<br><br>One can't differentiate between nurses and doctors. Between the vitals and pharmacy and customer seem to be a coven as one sees jobless uniform people roaming around with their unfriendly faces.<br><br>I spent 5days in the hospital and the Bedsheet weren't changed and no improvement in my health. My hand I had to nurse to health as they care about how it previously looked.
Kupa medical center's facilities are very good, they also have professional doctors.<br>One of the reasons that made me fall in love with their service is their automated processes.<br><br>However, Kupa is not a place to go if you are not patient. You might sometimes spend 4 to 6 hours before leaving the hospital.<br>Kupa really need to work on it's crowd management.<br><br>Overall, kupa is not a bad place to visit.
Definately not your best choice for children. Some of their nurses are really wicked with lack of professionalism. Had to discharge my daughter myself. Just a call on the nurse on duty to check the line on the baby since the baby can't express herself but I could tell the baby was in pain with the unusual cry. The nurse silenced me with the insult of my life. It was a hot argument before the doctor later stepped in to listen to my complaint and the line was checked. Painfully there was a blockage already leading to a swollen hand.<br>They really love to admit patients at any slight opportunity. Why make life difficult.
The excellence they once had no longer exists.<br>Just know your whole day is going to be wasted if you choose Kupa as a health care place. All their workers need reorientation on customer service. There is no personal touch, no ease and no warmth. I no longer feel safe with their service. It's a shame I used to really like this hospital .
I was in Kupa hospital in 2021 to visit someone. I politely approached one of the nurses to tell her about something wrong with the patient, she ignored me. I later went again and she shouted on me telling me not to teach her her job. I suggested that she discuss with one of the doctors to seek opinion, that was when he'll was let loose.<br>I only visited this page today cos I wanted to refer a nephew to this hospital for medical treatment, but the reviews I am seeing here are not encouraging.<br>As a doctor practicing in an advanced country, I take patient care and bedside manners as top priority, and if the hospital can't give that, then no point going there there for treatment.<br>I hope the management of Kupa hospital read these bad reviews and change their system.
The staffs were professional and were very nice to answer any and all questions you may have. The environment was also tidy and I'm sure one will enjoy their stay here.
A nice and modern hospital. Everything is done with a computer from payment to seeing the doctor no paper involved.<br><br>The doctors are smart and pleasant so also the nurses and other staff.<br><br>The hospital is clean and well ventilated. Air conditioning system working well.<br><br>Family friendly environment.<br><br>The only problem is parking space is limited.<br><br>Also network service is not too good you have to look for network to be able to make a call.

Kupa medical has always been there for me. I had two of my kids here. Arguably the best hospital in Ajao Estate Isolo. It has a laboratory within the building for minor cases and more sophisticated laboratory building just adjacent the hospital's main building. The wards are cozy and the environment clean. The rate of Labour turnover however is very high.
Very terrible hospital.<br>The branch on airport road. Just be ready to sleep here whenever you come to see a doctor. I did a test 12 days ago. I just came to review the test and I was told they need to check me in and check my HMO eligibility. I was wondering, because if I didn't qualify, the HMO wouldn't have approved in the first place . They made me wait for over 30mins just to confirm that ,fast forward to when I eventually went in to see the doctor,the doctor said he couldn't find the test results. Result that was meant to have been out 72 hours after I did it. I came over a week later, even gave them extra days and lo and behold, result was not available. I then went to the lab, lab started searching for the results, told me to wait another 30mins before he eventually saw it. Guess what, by the time he eventually saw it, the doctor had started seeing another patient and I had to wait again . Very terrible service.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. I can never come back here 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. I spent over two hours just to review a test
