One of the best hospital, I can recommend for anyone. Their service is so friendly, welcoming and soft. They understands patient complains and most especially they explain in detail, I love when doctors explain why they recommend a particular medicine. Weldone PF

Please let that your doctor to stop that way of service to female customers not even a patient , i and my woman came to pickup antibiotic medicine that a female nurse or pharmacist has already prescribed to her already, and he came without even saying hello or greeting Instead he just said to my woman follow me to his office. And I was like for antibiotics, I was like for what but I kept quiet and when I waited for few minutes I called my woman and she came outside and the same doctor passed and just worked outside still not even trying to speak with me or greeting. And I asked ny woman what did he said to her , because she had a little growth . She said he said to her can he see it and it’s in her private area, I was mad but just controlled myself because he stepped out immediately. If that wasn’t enough he still went ahead to be asking of her state origin . Are those necessary for antibiotics medicine. He shouldn’t try that again even to other ladies if not my woman.

They are so nice and caring ,not forgetting sister Detoun and the guys at the reception desk they were so welcoming.You guys are the best ,they always take care of my boy even me whenever we visit the hospital 🥰🥰but no tv and water to drink in the ward where my child was admitted but overall the hospital is good and very clean 🙏🙏

The worst hospital ever! Go here at your own peril. On the morning of the 12th of June 2025, I was physically assaulted (attempted strangulation) by one of their doctors, Dr Mrs. Nneji. I have made several reports even to the Police, She is denying it and the hospital is backing her up. The trauma I experienced in those few seconds still hurts me till today any time I remember. This particular hospital lacks integrity! Till today we are still waiting for the CCTV footage from that day where it will show who is telling the truth. Till Dr Nneji does the right thing and apologize (show accountability for her moment of error) I will continue to tell my truth publicly. This may save another person from reliving that painful experience, They should keep shielding an incompetent and clearly unprofessional doctor with severe anger issues.

I was recently hospitalized at Primefort for four days, and I can honestly say it was one of the most remarkable healthcare experiences I’ve ever had.<br><br>Being admitted to the hospital can be a scary and uncertain time, but from the moment I arrived at Primefort, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and care. The environment was clean, calm, and well-organized—but even more importantly, the people were extraordinary.<br><br>The customer service is a solid 100/100. Every single staff member I encountered—from the front desk to the medical team—was warm, respectful, and genuinely caring. You could tell that they were not just doing their jobs—they were serving with heart.<br><br>I spent four full days under their care, and not once did I feel neglected or ignored. If anything, I was overwhelmed (in the best way) by the level of attention and compassion I received. The nursing care was absolutely exceptional—each nurse I met was kind, professional, and attentive to even the smallest details.<br><br>But I have to give special thanks to Nurse Rita and Nurse Bisi. 🥺<br>They are, without a doubt, one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. Soft-spoken, extremely patient, and always wearing a reassuring smile, Nurse Rita made those difficult days so much more bearable. She checked on me frequently, offered emotional support, and treated me like more than just a patient—they treated me like a human being who mattered. Thank you, Nurse Rita, for your heart. You were a light during my darkest moments.<br><br>And then there’s Dr. Henry—my absolute favorite.<br>He didn’t just show up with medical expertise; he showed up with empathy, consistency, and true commitment. Dr. Henry devoted his time and energy to making sure I responded to treatment, and he never once made me feel like just another case on his list. He was thorough, attentive, and always willing to answer questions or explain what was going on. His level of care is something I will never forget. May God bless you richly, Dr. Henry.<br><br>Another thing that truly stood out to me was how Primefort handles feedback and concerns. During my stay, anytime I had a complaint or suggestion, it was received with genuine love, humility, and a willingness to improve. There was no defensiveness—only kindness and action. That level of emotional intelligence in healthcare is rare, and it speaks volumes about the culture they’ve built.<br><br>These four days taught me something I’ll carry with me for a long time: there are still people in this world who lead with humanity, who show up with compassion, and who choose to care even when it’s not easy. Their attention to details was 10/10. Labor and delivery was so swift, all thanks to God, and Dr Henry (my favorite).<br>I always look forward to my antenatal visit because of Dr Henry, he always listen, he made me feel safe and answered all my questions,he always gave a well detailed explanation and made sure I understood. And there was nurse Precious, all through my labor, she was with me, she prayed and said words of affirmations to me,she thought me how to breath during labor, she was calm, patience and so sweet .<br>Overall, I would recommend Primefort hospital to every expectant mum out there, and if you are already one of their antenatal patient, kindly stay put and enjoy a peaceful service where you would get all the attention,care and love you need as a new mum.

Very disappointing experience. There was no light for over two hours, which is unacceptable in a hospital setting. There seemed to be no proper contingency plan in place to resolve the light issue. All they said was there was no diesel, someone had gone to buy it. Imagine that. A hospital! My children had a difficult and traumatic experience during their blood tests, on top of the fact that they had been sweating profusely cos of the heat. We eventually had collect their blood samples and go to another hospital. The overall service and preparedness were far below expectations.
