Marigold Hospital is a modern state of the art hospital. What gained my attention first when I entered was how neat and tidy and well kept the environment was, the corridor, toilets, reception, rooms etc. It does not have the regular hospital smell that most hospitals have
The nurses were very nice, thoughtful, and caring. The doctors too were very nice, they are very detailed and efficient. The nurses and doctors kept checking in at intervals that at a point I was like, haba 😄 , e Don do , lol.😁😁

The only thing that made me rate you guys 4* is the wait time in between taking of vital signs and seeing a doctor. Please work on it. It's just too long. Also, I was given the wrong food after I placed my order for my dinner while on admission, which wasn't a nice one at all.
I want to say special thanks to all the doctors on duty while I was there, and most especially, nurse Mirabel and nurse Blessing(hope I got the name correctly, the nurse on gold low cut)
Please keep it up and don't drop the ball. God bless you all, amen 😇
1st time here.
I came in did vitals. I was referred to the 1st floor. I got there, was told it was the GP. I told the nurse I wanted to see a physician(I was not asked at the front desk which doctor I wanted to see).
The nurse said I had to book an appointment as the physician came on Tuesday through Thursday.
I got down and was told there was a physician available.
I was worried and sad because I kind of expected more from the ambiance.
Yet to see the physician!!!

After almost 2 hours I have seen a physician.
Been using this hospital for years. And I’ve also added my mom and few friends to the chain of their clients. I never expected preferential treatment but respect and patience is the very least a patient deserves. Brought my mom in today to review with the orthopedic. While at it, I decided to check my vitals on the first floor, the nurse that attended to me was so brash while asking me to wait that she was busy. She wasn’t attending to anybody but I assumed it could something else. I waited, but I felt I was forgotten and I also had a very tight timeline, I tried to remind her, then she became more rude with a very condescending tone saying “I already told you I am busy” I replied “then I have to to go” and she retorted, “if you want leave, go”
This is not acceptable. The hospital isn’t doing us a favour. I paid for their services. If I want to be rude to, I will go to the public hospitals. Don’t vent your frustrations and anger on patients! Henceforth, I will be cutting ties with Marigold hospital. What happened to me today is ridiculous and it has happened to a friend that I brought in before. I won’t allow it happen 3rd time.
