We made use of Euracare twice in 2020. We were very impressed with how quickly we received help. The hostess ensured strict social distancing and the Reception was very efficient, even though they were busy. They went out of their way to be helpfull and professional. The x-ray department was clean, caring and efficient. Dr. Roddy personally brought the medication, explained the diagnosis and followed up with us the next few days. We have never experienced this level of care and efficiency at any Johannesburg hospital. We hope to never have to use any other hospital in Lagos. Well done on world class service and thank you for caring!
I had a gastric balloon placement n removal at this facility with Dr Okaro. He has zero bedside manners. Once the balloon is placed getting a hold of him if you experience any difficulties is harder than a camel passing through the eye of a needle. His patient coordinator keep hoarding his numbers like a Demi god. When you are booked they don’t keep to the appointment time keep you in their office waiting unending. Go n do your gastric ballon some where else with people that appreciate time n money n customer service.

My experience with the Medics especially Doctor Akin was really good as they were really concerned, thorough enough and helpful. However, the customer relations staff at the front desk were absolutely below par for a hospital of this standard.<br>They're grossly unempathetic, non-supportive, and very much not interested in addressing certain non-clinical concerns of patients properly.<br>They're rather always operating as marketers whose only aim is selling you their hospital services and have you pay for this and pay for that. Moreso, they have you pay a membership fee which you don't get any value from.<br>Generally not worth all the hype after all.
I was wowed by the orderliness. From the front desk right to your assigned nurse etc. The process was seamless allowing for a reduced wait time. I noticed how courteous the staff were, this is quite commendable - twice have I visited Euracare and I have seen the same orderliness and courtesy on both occasions. The chairs at the reception are very comfy 😊 They've also got ultra modern equipments for X-Rays, scans and other lab tests.
Nice facilities & good panel of doctors. They are working on improving their front desk staff and hope to streamline their pre-approved medical insurance, which has been difficult for patients in the past. With these improvements in place, they would have received four or five stars from me.<br><br>2021 update -- Arranged a Wellness check at Euracare -- a half-day event of tests, bloodwork, EKG, ECG and many others. We arrived early at 8 am and were well taken care of. All Covid safety protocols were followed. The staff were professional and polite. In and out in a timely fashion. Come early as they do get busy later in the day.

Some one said if you think Grey’s Anatomy then you would be describing Euracare’s setting. Lol. Not far from that description. The personnel are very friendly, professional, helpful, informative and service oriented. And the hospital has a calming relaxing environment.
Very unprofessional hospital. All they care about is money and not the well being of their patients. If you have money on your account all they’ll do is repeat expensive tests over and over again. I saw their hematologist and 1 month later they are refusing to send a medical report or even tell us the next steps for care. They’ll ignore your messages as long as they’ve gotten your money. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere.
