A state of the art hospital. Pricey but very equipped and caring. The staffs from the doctors, nurses to receptionists etc every one is attentive and caring.
This hospital is just a piece of trash. The communication between their internal departments is not smooth. The front desk and the payment counter are only five meters apart, but they asked me, a patient, to walk back and forth to pass on messages for them. In fact, they could have just made a phone call. I have no idea why they did this.<br>Moreover, I made an appointment the night before and came the next day, but they said they had no record of it. I stood at the front desk for ten minutes waiting for them to confirm the situation. They told me to come back in the afternoon? I clearly said the night before that I had no time in the afternoon, so you asked me to come in the morning. But when I came in the morning, you said you were busy in the morning? Are you kidding me? I really don't understand this series of operations.<br>Besides, the medical staff are extremely unprofessional. My friend is pregnant and wants to do a blood test to confirm. They actually asked what kind of test it was. Even I, who am not a medical professional, know it's an HCG test. But they didn't. I don't know if this is normal.

Never ever go to this hospital.<br>Big zero customer service.<br>So slow and never care about patients condition.<br>They have system that they are not capable to use.<br>They even refuse to give you test results to see another doctors or to go to another hospital which is totally the patient right.
Clean and classy go together, and that's what you'll get at Duchess hospital.<br><br>It looks like a hotel from the exterior, and when you enter inside, the ambiance makes you feel so good that you may be expecting a key to your hotel room.<br><br>I've never seen hospitality and healthcare delivery go hand in hand like this. My experience with Duchess hospital has not been great at all. I had 2 experiences that are not pleasant at all.<br>Meeting with the Dr's went well but communication of results of tests done was wack. I did an pray no result was sent after they promised sending it.<br>I brought my sister for an MRI we came.in at 11am and she didn't get to do it till like 5pm.<br>No communication from anyone. We just sat there.

Dr. Tolu, the family doctor, was kind and supportive, while Dr. Fadipe, the Gynecologist, was knowledgeable and professional. The Radiologists also demonstrated kindness and expertise.<br><br>Despite initial reservations due to negative reviews, we were impressed by the accurate diagnosis and care received. Kudos to the Duchess team! To further improve, I suggest addressing the issue of staff requiring close follow-ups to perform their duties. Overall, a job well done!
I came for an Annual comprehensive physical exam and after all the tests met with an amazing Dr for a physical exam. The physical exam by a very young doctor was the most amazing I have done in the last 15 years. She checked every part of my body from my head to my toes and then had a discussion about her review. It was amazing. Duchess and the young female Doctor deserve to be commended.
