The environment is cool and serene. They have lovely art work displayed on the walls in all the rooms. They also have a very neat, well structured and organised kitchen. TyWorkSpace is everything you need in a workspace and more.
Quiet, serene, low key.
The work space is quiet, nice. They had Wi-Fi, complimentary mint just in case your breath is not fresh. It’s only the fact that the AC wasn’t cooling enough that cost them that one star.
Poor customer service! the worst i have ever seen. Non functional center. I was practically asked to leave after 20 mins of confusion because the centre doesn’t have functional sockets.Nonchalant staff and unapologetically unprofessional. After 10 minutes of waiting for the receptionist, another lady came and asked me to start working. She couldn’t answer any questions then came back few minutes later to say you have to leave, the sockets aren’t working. Mind you there was someone working there. According to them he was using the only functioning socket in the workspace. No apologies, no communication of when it would be available just a blank look when i asked when they would have completed repairs. They are a waste of time. Visit Hub one workspace instead, they are actually interested in customers.
I'm going to be very honest here and say it, this is one of the best office spaces out there I've seen. It's affordable, the interior decor is amazing, it boasts a fast WiFi with ample space suited to your budget and has a lovely kitchen area to eat or do anything food related. It's also located in a spot connected to major roads but somehow clear of the noise and distractions of major roads. I wouldn't bother trying to compare it to expensive and luxury spaces like on the island. But for its location and its facilities, this is a superb office space.

The facilities are very good. The meeting room used had lovely paintings and pictures that created a lovely ambience. The seats and seating arrangements was very appropriate for the kind of meeting to be held. There was also reliable internet availability that made the meeting very successful. The rest rooms were clean and easily accessible. In all it was a pleasant experience. The only challenge was that there was no adequate parking space.
