I found his number on Google and contacted him for an AC installation. From start to finish, his service was excellent. He was punctual, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. However, when I later asked him to come back and service the AC he installed, he completely stopped responding. He ignored my calls and messages. I felt embarrassed and disappointed having to keep reaching out without any response. It’s really upsetting because my initial experience was so positive, but the lack of after-service support has completely changed my perception.
If there’s one thing i like about people’s service, it’s the follow up, making sure everything works perfectly, listens to customers complaints and gives product/service (advice )to enable longetiviry and sound performance. I would say this man right here, gives all. Solid 5 star
I highly recommend his professional service. My wife already had an issue with a previous AC Man taking our money and giving us excuses on why he cant come. The unit is working really well bro. It's like you really got the refrigerant level. I have been using it for a week now without issues. I should also mention that I observe that it's power consumption is much more efficient now
