Clothes were damaged and some went missing. Unfortunately, there was no accountability or concern from the business.

This establishment is highly unprofessional. My wife and I trusted them with our laundry, only to receive damaged clothing and discover that items were missing. There was no communication from staff about any issues, which shows poor customer service and accountability. We should not have to chase after our own belongings or uncover problems ourselves. This was an inconvenient and frustrating experience, and we regret using this laundromat.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this laundromat. Several of my clothes were returned with burn marks and discoloration, and to make matters worse, some items were missing altogether. This shows a complete lack of care and responsibility. What’s even more frustrating is that no one informed me of these issues, I had to follow up myself. Customers trust you with their personal belongings, and this level of negligence is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very happy with the service I received over the festive season. Washing was done and ready to be collected in no time. Thanks guys, I will be back again when I am in East London

Received terrible service at this place.dropped my laundry on Saturday, 26th and collected on Sunday 27th. Firstly they couldn't find my laundry because they have no control.measures to mark each laundry. When I got.home I discovered that my night gown was not dry . Who does that? Clearly they are unscrupulous and shouldn't be in business if they can do this. I am very pissed by this experience

Only rating 1 star as 0 stars is not possible. I had an expensive and delicate jacket, which I took in to what you’d expect to be a professional laundromat and dry cleaning service. There were some staggered yellow spots, so I specifically asked for it to be SPOT CLEANED back in January, and evidently it was completely ruined when they submerged the whole thing in water - causing all of the bejewelled studs to rust. This was unbeknownst to me as I was never called to collect, so when I went past to follow up 2 weeks later, the owner told me what had happened and offered to take it home and try and fix it himself. Since then, it’s been 2 months of back and forth calling and messaging to this man - Frank - and he ignores every call and message. Finally he dropped my jacket back at the laundromat earlier this week, but wouldn’t meet me in person to explain why it had been kept from me all this time or to even apologise for what has happened. The best part: he refuses to refund the R150 I paid for it to be cleaned in the first place. It’s not about the money for me - it’s the principle. An employee at the laundromat told me that the same situation has happened to several people recently. Unless you’d like to risk the same with your beloved clothing or fabrics, I’d suggest taking it elsewhere.
