Sadly over an extended stay they managed stain a good no. Of my whites and some of my darks with an orange tint. Offered me credit of R1000 for washing 10 days before the end of the trip. The stained clothes to replace value 8-10 times this. The staff were pleasant, just the significant staining the issue.

Convenient and well communicated. Everything is seamlessly conveyed over WhatsApp including updates on your laundry. I can't compare prices to other laundromats but it felt fair for the linen the washed for me. The only complaint is that the pricing on their Instagram is outdated and it isn't listed on their website. This is remedied by their prompt communication over WhatsApp where they will be sure to let you know and answer any other queries of yours. Will definitely use them again.

Staff were very polite and I was incredibly impressed with the turn around time. Just a bit disappointing because the costs in-store are higher per kg than what is listed on the website. There is also no info on the website regarding the much higher cost for blankets/bedding so it was a bit difficult to budget properly
