DO NOT USE! I have been a longtime client of 6 years and never had any problems until january of this year. Items started suspiciously going missing from orders and when questioned they claimed they are not responsible for lost items. The last straw was when my last order they 'lost' 4 golf shirts, my work uniform, 2 jeans, and 6 pairs of underwear working out at approximately R2500. All of the lost items were high quality and new which makes me supect foul play. It is impossible to reach the owners directly now and they have disconnected their email address. Do what i should have done and buy a washing machine instead of giving money to this place.

Absolutely HORRID. Using for 4 years now. The first 3 were okay. There were mistakes here and there but I could overlook them. This year has been DISGUSTING service. Clothes of mine are stolen from white shirts to blankets and even their quality is APPALLING. Tracksuit top came back with a broken zip, plain white tee wasn't ironed and did I forget to mention they steal clothes now. Even when asking politely for help they just ignore the messages and continue with their nonsense. Sick and tired of them. DONT USE THEM THEY EMBODY THE DEFINITION OF NONSENSE.

I dropped my clothes for laundry on a Saturday. Collected them following Tuesday only to find out that the clothes were never washed. They just folded and packed them like the way I dropped them. I paid for washing and ironing. Never again will I send my clothes there.

Do not expect same day service unless you are prepared for a 40% surcharge. They are not cheap. Staff are sadly mathematically deficient, so check your invoice carefully. Ironing is not of the highest quality. I give 2 stars as my clothes were actually dry.

Quite unimpressed with the service at the studio. Dropped my clothes off at 8 am 22/ 05/2023 , only to arrive the next day (23/05/2023)at 16:30 to be told to fetch them on the 24th at 7:30. Even then, the clothes would not be folded and ironed. The communication was unpleasant and eventually the option I was given was to fetch them at 6pm on the 23rd of May. I would advise other people to try a different place if they want pleasant and prompt service. Viwe

We arrived in Bloemfontein on 7/02/2023 after a long trip from Cape Town. We took our washing to The Laundry Studio as it was rated 4.3 at 3pm. The staff member told us that they were exceptionally busy and the washing would only be ready on Thursday 9/02/2023. As there was no rush that was fine. We did not have the time to collect on Thursday and went back on Friday morning10/02/2023. We were informed that the washing was clean but dry as it had been raining. Not sure why that would matter as Laundrys have tumble driers don't they? Anyway we told the staff that we would be back at 13.00 to collect our dry and ironed washing. We happened to only make it back by 15.30. We we arrived the washing was still not ready. They stated it was washed and dry but not ironed. We asked that they pack it as we were leaving early the next day. The lady gave us a 15% discount on the R180 which was a nice gesture, but we felt let down by the service. Unbeknownst to us and only when we arrived back at the guest hous and opened the plastic did we find that the washing was still soaking wet. The staff had blatantly lied to us We can do nothing about it now as we have an early flight in the morning. Long and short of it is. Poor service, shoddy work and lying to a customer. If I was the owner I would fire the lot of them...

I'm impressed with the service. My laundry was washed, dryed and ironed beautifully. My laundry was folded so beautifully also. Thank you ladies👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

I went to fetch my clothing which was given on the 23/03/2022. It's 28/03/2022 (today) and on the slip it said pick at 17h00. Only to find out that it is not ready. The response that I received was come back tomorrow morning. Very terrible service and very slow also disappointing when you need clothing which is essential. The company should consider getting better people who work better.
