The Laundry . Co

Went there today to have washing done. I went there understanding that it was alot of washing. The 2 ladies then said they will phone the owner to see if we can make a plan was willing to pay extra as it was urgent. The owner on the phone very short with me asking me if I have ever done washing in my life. Went 6 min down the road were I noticed that this place scale was out with alot of kg. Where my washing basket was just over 13kg at this place it was just over 9kg at the other place. I would have give 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The owner is very rude and condescending.

Pricing is rather high, not sure why they charge double what you would pay elsewhere for the same service.

I loved Martha and Conny who were at help,they have great service . The fragrance used in clothes is out of this world . Big ups

I was referred to this Laundry from a friend, took a very expensive jacket in for dry-cleaning and it came back ruined, the owner came up with every excuse in the book as to why it couldn't be them, she refused to take responsibility, she was very defensive. She even made accusations that it was my house keeper that possibly wore it without my knowledge. Very childish accusations and doesn't know how to deal with customer complaints. Very Disappointing.

Thank you Katrina for always going the extra mile, with a smile. The best Laundry service in Joburg, nothing is to big or too small to be handled personally and with the utmost care. I trust Katrina with my best clothing, knowing that she will always be able to deliver on time and with superb quality. Highly recommended!

Was at the store on Saturday 12/4/25 and experienced the most Excellent customer service from Connie. She went the extra mile to ensure that my laundry was clean AND DRY; offering to close an hour later to achieve this. An absolute rare gem 👏👌 Blown away by her kindness and friendly manner. The store is clean and smells fresh. Will definitely be back.
