iWash Laundrette & Dry Cleaning services

Good service, staff are friendly and helpful. My one gripe is that they did not advise me when my laundry was done, as advised by management. Either way I will be back. Service is reasonably priced.

Wanted to charge nearly 1000 rand to do 14kg of washing only no drying or ironing. Went to another laundromat near glynwood hospital. Paid 245 rand. I mean can you really be that expensive and still be in business? Rip off artists.

My Blazer smells terrible after a R110 Dry clean. The lady running the front desk and whatsapp nr is cheeky and rude! You wont be seeing me again.

Gave my coat in they told me I would receive it on the Thursday went back on Thursday to collect they laughed and said nope only the following day . They couldn't even remember what I gave in . Coat came back in poor quality. Do NOT use them they send away your coat for dry cleaning they don't do it themselves. Very disappointed, a waste of R220

Good ironing job. Staff could put a smile on their dial and be a little friendlier. Good service is more than merely doing your job.

Terrible service. Took my coat there because it had baby milk vomit. The owner assumed I lied about it being baby vomit. What do I benefit from lying? Anyway, they brought it back after holding on to it for over a week only to tell me that they won't clean it as it's too dirty.🤷‍♀️ Took it to East End dry cleaners & Laundry and they did an excellent job 👏 East End dry cleaners are the best

After paying almost R150 to have my king size duvet washed I was met by a lady who works in the shopfront with a rude and bad attitude throwing everything she touches and rolling her eyes at everything after she told me to come by Wednesday my duvet wasnt ready and with a bad attitude made me feel like it was my fault that I came the day she told me to. She throws her pen and book as she forcefully assists me.

Too expensive. I was quoted R43 per kg of clothes. I had 11kg of clothes in 1 basket which came to R473. That is crazy. On top of that I have to pay labour for them to do my laundry. That is a higher grade rip off! I ended up going to another place which I paid R40 for 2 loads, wash and dry... Talk about being extremely rediculous!

Absolutely poor service. I lost my clothes with them, I advise you always check when you collect from them. Clothes come back not clean and they discolor, they are poorly ironed. They also burned my clothes when ironing and did not take accountability. Will not recommend.

Good service, but phone no landline number on invoice. Had to get landline number from internet. Would be nice if a proper stamp on invoice displaying contact details.
