this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with FTP @Unit 504 Nicolas heights. I have never been scammed like this in my life advert says rent is 5k prepaid electricity & water and 1st month free rent, but 2nd month rent is due upon acceptance occupation date 1 Dec 2025. I did everything was approved (for the 1st of Dec 2025 and to my surprise now my statement came in at R 5 886.00. no special applied and I am now paying for extra cost that were never spoken of in the advert or my contract. I had to sleep in an apartment with a blocked toilet as a woman and I still didn't have water pressure in the bathroom for me to take a normal bath. I wouldn't even give them a star if it was up to me. I am still waiting for my deposit refund coz I was out of the apartment on the 31st of Jan 2026

At Marlene Sunnyside, there is a person who enjoys stealing (Laptops) from people this Year has been the best Year for that person not safe at all people share the same key, like the same key from unit 3 can open for unit 6😂😂(No Cameras No Security) The worse Building ever. At Your own risk!!!

I had the worst experience ever. Do not use them as they’re so unprofessional. Got approved for an apartment of my choice and I did pay. They invited me to their office to sign the contract and get the keys. I signed and I had to wait for the keys for over 2 hours. After which the lady later said the landlord is not ready to let out the unit and they need to refund me back my money and I’ll only be able to get it the next day. No apology whatsoever afterwards, a rude manager and very low skill agents. I’ve never had an experience like that in my life. DO NOT USE them for anything!!!! I wish I can lave you with 0 star rating

At Umgibeli flats, we have no water since Thursday, city of tswane closed water and no one is doing anything about it, dont even try to come stay here.

I will not lie i had a very bad experience when I was trying to get get my electricity turned back on. The lady was very rude, shouted at me and even dropped the phone on my ear. I'm writing this review on Saturday Midday and i haven't had electricity since Thursday my things are food is getting ruined in the fridge. I've been trying to call the office, it looks like they'll only work on Monday. I don't wish for anyone to get this type of treatment or have the experience that i had.

Inappropriate service I called them regarding my blocked meter and misheard a question on the call and the lady started shouting at me I’m sorry but that was heartbreaking. Marlene court I don’t know the name of the person that was on a call with me.

There's a lady at Loftus offices named Ellen, I loved her service, very primpt. Also when they sent me at the " upstairs" office, a guy named Ruan greatly helped. I hope Ellen stays, such workers are hard to find. I have been with First Property for more than 10 years, I don't have much to complai. There's a Caretaker called Lovemore who works even on weekends or late night if need be. Very humble guy Brandon is the manager of the flat, very understanding. When I had to move out, he inspected the flat and marveled at how I had kept it clean. I received my deposit 100%, no subtraction!! Brandon and his team are THE BEST!!!

This property company doesn't care about the condition you live in... i lived in a place with a plumbing problem every month and they never took responsibility and as a tentant was patient, they would do a quick job here and there but when it came to getting my deposit back they will find the smallest thing not return it. They are horrible.. Don't stay at Hill of Good Hope Please don't chose them... they are horrible.

Just came back to review my service from almost 3 years ago prior to Covid when the Pretoria office was still in Sunnyside (before moving to Loftus). Had been there and signed a contract for w years, the service I received was great from a lady called Moerson, whe was very helpful, unfortunately had to cancel the contract before it stood due to lock down.

Yho this place has such poor customer service, if they’re not sending me eviction notes, they’re blocking my access to the gate.. all this without communication. I literally have to call them every month because of some faulty system thing they do on their side all because my profile says ‘debit on the 15th’ and apparently this doesn’t mean that I ‘pay my rent on the 15th’.. now please explain to me why I would have a debit order with you if I’m not planning to pay you via a debit order 🤔.. hai shem FPT customer service is the pits 🚮🚮🚮.. do better tuu
