Great customer service

So far their service is best.... More will be said when my family claims

I had to check whether this company was legit or not when they authorised a policy for a client of mine that he never opted for. They debited his account without his consent and are refusing to reimburse his money back to him. Although the request was made numerous times to investigate the matter, they insist that they have it on record that it was authorised. When asked for proof of the so-called "record" they were at all times unable to provide it. They have still not done so to date and insist that I take this issue up with the ombudsman. They have no intention of returning my clients cash and have chosen rather, to walk away with the money. I would never recommend them to a single person going forward.

My mom passed away on the 1st August 2021, to date when I call their offices, I am told they can't disclose any information. The assessors are working on the case. My mom paid her insurance diligently for 4 years. Now all I get is excuses. Is this what Stangen Life Insurance policies promising their clients
