I would definitely recommend them

Unfortunately I have not ever had a good experience with Marietha Ciampi of Securitas. Always ten reasons why she cannot answer a call, whatsapp, mail etc. I had a Bestmed query which she totally messed up by submitting it as a claim instead of a simple query and whilst it took her a MONTH to still not sort it out, it took me exactly 48 hours to finalise the claim directly with Bestmed. Not to be recommended.

Very bad experience and service from Raymond. Was very quick to sign my deal but for the past four years he could not communicate with us as a broker, there’s no correspondence and absolutely no professionalism. I phoned him and asked what’s the reason for not making contact over the past four years. He response is he’s not my child and I’m welcome to take my business to someone else. If I wanted service I could have come to his office! Won’t Suggest them at all .

Securitas Financial Group is a powerful example of a financial institution that efficiently serves clients and colleagues. Being an employee and client, I had an amazing experience last week with how Securitas employees operate. My vehicle broke down in the building’s basement. Being overwhelmed by the situation I phoned Pieter Kruger (Manager of Securitas Short-term department in Pretoria Head office) instead of Securitas assist. The correct procedure however is to phone Securitas Assist who is also extremely helpful and professional. Within seconds almost the whole ‘Short-term’ department was in the basement to assist me. Our Chief Operations Officer was so generous to lend me his vehicle to get home and return to the office the next day and days to follow. When the tow truck arrived the next morning Bennie Lange from the Short-term department made sure that everything was done right. ‘Securitas assist’ phoned me to confirm that FORD received my vehicle, and they will contact me with an update. It is a rare and exceptional privilege to be able to have peace of mind with my insurance provider and working environment. To lighten up the situation some of the staff decided to put in a R1000 wager to see who is right about what might be wrong with my vehicle. Securitas Financial Group and their staff have a clear understanding of compassion and empathy and know how to grow a lasting connection with clients and staff on an extraordinary level.
