One of the most frustrating experiences of my life (twice in a row now). The app that you should use for the claims process doesn't work on either cellphone nor on their website. I have sent numerous request via their website without any reply. There is no tollfree number available. I tried to email the previous person who was helping me only to be told to call the call center, without actually giving me the number.
