Hollard Commercial Insurance Broker Support

Friendly environment, very professional.

I would personally never recommend Hollard as a trusted insurer. They are dishonest and no transparency at all from them. I am a third party claimant. Their client bumped into my car at the end of March 2025, we are heading towards the end of July and still my car is not fixed. Their consultant that is handling my claim is unresponsive, you send multiple follow up emails, and still no response. They claim they follow the TCF principles, but honestly they don't. I would not recommend Hollard to anyone. STAY AWAY! They don't even deserve the one star.

I would rate them minus 5 but there is no such option. Worst service ever

I would like to thank Hollard funeral policy for the very fast and quick response. When i phoned for the claim they send me the steps to follow which i did and email back to them. The told me funds will be available with 24 to 48 hours. But within 5 hours the funds was available and we could proceed to put our loved one to rest. Big thanks to Hollard funeral policy for your excellent service.

Worst Insurance ever in SOuth Africa with Dealing with my claim. They are the underswtiters for NAKED. firsty Naked refused to afford me roadside assistsnce, and point blankly refused my claim without even seeing the car or assess the damage physcially, it was just refused. The car is now standing for over a year and No one is helping me, They just refuse the pay my claim yet Take my premiums for over a year now, This is teh worst insurance with paying claims. tehy collect their monies very quickly but no help when you need to claim

Worst short term insurer, waiting more than a year for a 3rd party claim to be sorted out. Supposed agents/consultants never even respond on emails….Delay, Deny, Defend!

it's a scam took a policy the Brooker made himself a beneficiary. called to complain didn't get assistance now I must cancel my two policies.

The service really was excellent. We got immediately assisted and the request was processed and paid out by the Friday. We went to their office on Wednesday.
