Fast payouts , good call centre service but had one very very very bad experience with one of their agents acting very poorly and incentive because of her own personal stereotypes and assumptions myself and brother I struggled to be assistant by her I had to call back. I would give 0 stars if it wasn't for everyone else I communicated with. Please ensure all your staff members have been adequately trained especially when deal with clients fallen on hard times.
The staff made it very easy to submit claims, without making me run Up and Down and the claim was paid in less than 24Hrs
Worse ,they dont inform their clients when their funeral cover has lapsed. You will only know when you want to claim and yet they still deduct money from your bank account.
They take more than 5 days to process a claim.
