Worst service EVER! I have to phone every single time to get an update. Every time I do, I’m given a “happy status”. When I request update in writing, I get, “I’m busy dealing with a client, I’ll send when I’m done.” That’s where it ends.

It is very sad to say! After how many years of good service, beukes makelaars I would not recommend to anyone. I am still waiting for two claims to be sorted out from last year June 2023. This is really shocking service with no replies!! The last email I received from Beukes makelaar is that if I am unhappy I need to contact the Ombudsman?? Really is this how we give the public service? As a client I need to phone to follow up every time. I am not sure Strategic Insurance Systems can trust this broker to market there product and name with the worst after service?

Ek moes altyd twee of meer eposse stuur voor ek n antwoord kry. Meeste van die tyd kry ek terug: "ek is jammer dis besig, dit gaan rof of dit is maandeinde". Al was ek n "klein" klient, was ek nogsteets een.

Personal service with insurance and will! They are the first people to help when you have an accident and get personally involved to assist you untill the end!
