Great office, very friendly security. The elevators may give you some anxiety but you'll be okay.

Worst experience ever. My brother was the main member and died on Sunday, submitted a claim with all required documents including the accident report yet they don't want to payout. Had to take out a loan to burry him even thou he had a policy. Kept on calling the office and was given different stories from claim being processed payment to come in on Monday to suddenly no we don't see the claim then story changes to we have to investigate first as it wasn't a natural death and start the process afresh.🚮🚮🚮 we can't even grieve nicely without chasing assupol. He wasn't an arrears, everything was submitted but the consultants aren't helpful. On another note one of their female members is stalking my family even on social media saying she deserves to know about his death because she's the one who assisted opening the policy

I've sent claim form on7/10/25 im still waiting 15. Im disappointed but I'll come tomorrow morning

I am very disappointed on the delay i have encountered during the claiming process. My Dad passed on the 3rd of June 2025 and i lodged a claim on the 4th of June. The burial was on the 8th but i have not received any payment. No one bother to call or explain the reason of the delay. I am so pissed because i could not render a decent funeral to my father.

Assupol, everything but honest. 240 hours after submitting the claim and still waiting with no communication. Not once did my father make a late payment but now when we needed Assupol during this difficult time, they are GONE! Poor communication and poor service delivery.
