I have emailed the issue from 25 October to verify key income band then I have been emailing and calling and did not get a response, I have submitted affidavit and bank statement and discovery now deducted R5 530 instead of the usual rate of R2 725. I cannot afford R5 530 for a key care plus plan, I requested for a refund, to this day it is 12 December, still have not gotten a response. Worst broker ever.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Logged a call on a Sunday for burst geyser. No response, followed up on Wednesday. They promised to call back, but nothing happened. 4 Days later and heard absolutely nothing about my claim. Hope to finalize this claim some time so I can cancel my policy
