I've been with Leigh Insurance for the better part of a decade and have received impeccable service all the way through. The team has always been extremely helpful with swift responses to any queries that I have had.

The support they offer is unparalleled- they go above and beyond to assist and their prices are good. We have 3 generations of out family insured through them and a relationship that spans over 30 years.

My friend was in an accident, on the 8th December driving a BMW, when he was being assisted by Alvis Khati he mentioned that the car was not in his name prior to joining Leigh insurance and when he had asked if that was going to be a challenge during claim stage, he was told that that wouldn't be a problem so long as he has all relevant documents. But now we are experiencing the most difficult turn around for the claim, Shereen the lady who should be assisting with the claim is saying that they going to send an investigation squad, and they sending different emails things like everyday it's a different story, just because they say that it's an expensive it's an expensive car is it not supposed to be paid out for? All in all their service is appalling to say the least. So dissatisfied and disappointed 😞 thinking of even going to the ombudsman
