Arrogant Service and very poor workmanship from Automagic Panelbeaters in Pinetown / Mariannhill The reception area is filled with people sitting with their backs to you, they will speak about you and you requests to the receptionist, but do not turn around to engage with you - the customer - this leaves quite a bad taste of entitlement and arrogance. If this was the only complaint, one could live with that. However, the workmanship is less than sub-optimal for what should be a well established panel beating and spray painting business: The car (Audi A4 Avant) came in for dents and deep scratches on the driver's side front and rear door. Poor blocking and filing work has resulted in a now more "corrugated" appeal. the driver's door now only closes with extra force. Voids left from bad prep / blocking work have just been over painted (in the middle of the door). The clear coat has formed beadings at edges of the doors. It appears no one is taking pride in their work, "since it is insurance work, it does get paid for anyway - so why care for excellent service". After the vehicle spent two weeks in the shop to get to this poor state, it will have to go back for "one day" only to rectify these complaints. Please do not take your vehicle to this shop, the work carried out there can be done much better by a number of "backyard" operations.

I wouldn't recommend this panel beater. When I was told to collect my car from the boot repair, the boot was sqew and had to go back for a further week to fix. When I was told to collect the 2nd time my reverse sensors where not working and I noticed that they put the brake light at the top of the boot back on sqew.

Great service, they let me know about my claim before my insurance that it had been approved via sms and telephone. Kept me updated and confirmed my booking.

Repairs to my car was excellent, and Dean was very helpful, it takes them about 5 days to do the kind of work my car need, but as I use my car for work, I requested them to the work faster, and in 3 days time I had my car back and I was impressed with the quality of work.

The staff very friendly and the repairs to my car roof and windshield frame was excellent. The respray of the roof looked as new . Very happy and the cost was by far less than other panel shops , Highly recommend,

Just a "OKAY" job. I had to take my vehicle back to get the front bumper re- aligned properly. When I came to collect my vehicle it was park across the road on the opposite verge. Like I say it was just an "Okay" job. 3/5 stars

Horrible place,worst place I had ever received service from...no communication from them. Pushed out my pick up date 4 times. Even when I got there the colour of the bumper which they were fixing was in a different colour from the rest of the car and they gave a lame excuse of paint in a plastic part and metal will be different...had to tell them to just make the new bumper the same colour as the old one. If your insurance picked them for you, ask for different place.

Worst experience ever. We took in our car for repair on the 31st January 2022. Till date, we still haven't received our car back. They keep texting us on the day of collection, telling us that the car is not ready. It has been 4 full weeks of waiting!! Whenever I call them, they tell me that Dean will call me back and he never does.

Professional - my vehicle was booked in by appointment and released on the date as planned. Quality of work done is good. Friendly staff. Owner dropped and fetched me to and from my address. Stated open door policy direct to owner should there be something afterwards that I am not happy with and on which they've worked. During course of repairs I was updated by sms of progress made. Overall I am satisfied with the service.
