Security too slow to process visitors

Gate security is very rude and they don't know how to properly organise and manage traffic.

Disappointed by Security Harassment As a resident of Waterfall Estate, I was deeply shocked by the aggressive and disrespectful treatment I received from a Fidelity security officer while parked at Nando’s within the estate. After buying food and being asked to wait in the car by the restaurant, the officer approached us with hostility, banged on my window, and proceeded to insult and harass me without cause—while ignoring other parked cars nearby. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a place that prides itself on safety and luxury. I’ve reported the incident and hope the estate management takes this seriously. Residents deserve respect and protection, not intimidation.

First class security guards, eager to help, I was lost but they help me, with direction and also to reverse my car because there was a que of car behind me

Friendly staff but only one lane for visitors so expect a 15-20 minute wait at the gate every time you visit. Very sad for a fancy estate

Beautiful and secure estate in waterfall ,next to all amenities,has own restaurant's

Shocking traffic management, sat in a queue for more than 20 min, just chaos.
