This company is completely incompetent and utterly untrustworthy. I settled my phone account in January, yet they still unlawfully debited money from my account. They had 12 days to update their system and failed to do the most basic administrative task. That is pure negligence. It has now been 16 days and I am STILL waiting for my refund. Instead of correcting their mistake immediately, they keep hiding behind “processes and procedures.” What process justifies keeping a customer’s money for 16 days after admitting fault? They were quick to take my money, but suddenly slow and powerless when it comes to returning it. This is unacceptable, unethical, and disgraceful customer service. Avoid this company at all costs. If this is how they handle a simple refund, imagine how they handle bigger issues.

I had a bad experience since I have taken this contract with Boltech. Every month my phone is locked twice without and explanation. I am very frustrated
