The owner has a very horrible attitude! From the first day, I noticed it but I thought she just has a long day. I was all smiley and chatty with her, she was so stuck up! Nah!! I should have known from that day that I was making a mistake. I should have canceled everything and left. As a Christian that she claimed she is, oh mehn, her attitude is highly disgusting. Also very unprofessional! She did 2 -3 mistakes on my braces and never ever took accountability! She gave wrong instructions to her nurses. She had a problem with me because I was correcting her and basically wasn’t ignoring all the wrongs things she was doing! She would literally make it seem like I was saying rubbish. I couldn’t take it anymore with her nasty behavior, I had to leave for my sanity and went to another hospital to complete my braces. When I got to the new hospital, they literally told me this lady put a wrong bracket on my teeth and another bracket was fixed upside down! LOL! So much for ‘miss I know my job’. Leaving her clinic was the best thing I did for myself this year! Very rude, nonchalant, nasty lady! Irony is, she plays gospel songs but her attitude isn’t matching what she plays. People need to do better with their customer service. Apparently, I am not the one that has complained about her! Oh mehn! God will help her, amen!

My relationship with Dentist at your door started off nicely until they left my broken tooth open saying that they were waiting for a consultant to come back from summer vacation. This was since Sept 2024. Dentist at your door stopped taking my calls and has still not booked me in for either a review consultation or bothered to seal my tooth.
