After my original broker left the business, I was never clearly informed who my new broker was. I received no meaningful consultation or guidance, just a generic renewal packs from the Office Manager that shifted all admin and responsibility onto me. There was no proper needs analysis or broker-led advice, which is something I expect and rely on from a professional intermediary. I would recommend that anyone considering Thames first clarify how they handle reviews, advice and ongoing client support, as my experience does not reflect the level of service I expect (or originally recieved).
