I am a client here but the claim process is really a pain. No joy at all , if this doesn't improve in the new year i am looking elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced from an insurance company (dealing with Lesedi Masilela). Every time I call, I’m told the person is either “in a consultation,” “will call me back,” or has already “gone home.” Not once has anyone actually returned my calls. No follow-up, no accountability, just endless excuses. So frustrating

Worst insurance you can find. They are scamming people. Taking your money but do not want to help at all. The assessor came to review the damages. Took 3 to 4 weeks to even get anything back from them. Only to say they will not cover us for the damages. Please do not use this insurance. They are just out for money. They are buttering other people's hands by bringing 3rd parties to the property claiming that they are going to quote us on said damages. It's sad that we had to deal with this, but an eye opener that they are using your downfall to give others business on your behalf without even paying for any damages that you have insured.

They use their own plumbers and refuse to payout claims. Apparently has 24 hour SLA but I waited 3 weeks for them to take action just to come to the conclusion that they will not cover - plumbers cant repair but they wont replace. Its a real shame.

STAY AWAY!! Had a Lightning storm claim last Year December ,they appointed a contractor to sort out the inverter system, cctv and alarm when he failed and lied on the reports I asked for his qualifications ONE refused to provide me with it. turns out he is a gate technician

The worst service received. After the accessor came out to evaluate the damages of the accident caused by another vehicle he advised me that they will just proceed to polish the light of the vehicle and not repair all the damages and this after we had to wait an hour after the scheduled time. Then they changed the entire quote to repair not even all the damages. Showed up to panel beater and the repair is till date not approve. This is extremely ridiculous. The amount I am paying per month i can't get in an accident and the insurance just wants to polish my vehicle and not do decent repairs

A truck drove into me. I tried for nearly 6 months to get my car fixed. They have a policy not to call or email anyone. So I had to call at least 2 times a week. Then when the claim was ready to be paid, it took more weeks since the manager has different lunch times so it could not get approval, even tho it was on her desk for some time. I eventually logged a complaint at Absa which was the underwriting party at that time. Shockingly bad service to the injured party.

Their offices are located just on Culross Road just off Main Avenue. They house the Insurance administrators as well as the Emergency Assist call center making it more convenient.

Very unprofessional. Poor communication and without you constantly emailing and calling you would hear nothing. The call center has no interpersonal skills at all. They would rather wait for quotes to expire, send no one to assess the damage from their side and send a “settlement” letter of quarter the amount that the damage is worth. They would also prefer you loose your warranty on your car by sending you to an unapproved local dealer rather than the approved dealers. I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I find their service absolutely appalling. We waited for more than 2 hours after an accident for a tow. My son for almost 3 hours. We were on the exit of a national freeway in an extremely unsafe place. They showed NO consideration for our safety and our well being after a traumatic experience. Precision Towing had been on site within minutes after the accident and they had chosen not use them because they were not on their panel. Instead, their client's inconvenience was more acceptable. I am disgusted by their service and will never recommend them. In trauma is when the true colours of service providers shine.
