It was easy I registered myself and agents approved me very quick. However after registration I encountered some challenges, including hard passanger that didn't pay I was still compansated after I laid a complain and agents were very quick to come to my rescue.

It was good and I am surprised and happy because it didn't even take a week or so.thank you so much for your assistance

I went to 29 Bond to apply for a fleet registration. The process was so seamless from being welcome at the gate by friendly guards. Inside the checking process is simply and automated. From there I saw a very friendly and helpful agent that ran me through the process in less than 20min. After leaving I had to do vehicles inspection before the fleet can be finalized. Easy peasy with the new Carscan app for both cars. Within 30min each car was approved and I uploaded the reports. I hit a bit of a snag adding drivers but a simple email solved the issue. Less than 24 hours I am now on the road together with my driver. Keep up the great work Bolt SOUTH AFRICA!
