Terrible service. Getting a claim processed is an absolute nightmare. They never ever answer e-mails and never ever get back to you if they say they will. Their complaints repartment is non-existent. . .

Been with Marsh for 7 years, NEVER claimed, made our first claim for a cellphone. It is now 8 days down the line and we have still yet to receive funds. Moving to an insurer who actually cares :) OUTSURANCE!!

Replies to queries are non-existent, and mails to listed complaints and compliance email addresses on official documents are returned.

Great business area, so tranquile and easy, Seattle Coffee right in the middle 24hr Security and a multi-level parking, barber, lovely restaurant/bar and if you want to blow off some steam, there is a gym within the complex! Hey what are our waiting for, come check it out.

Poor service. Will move insurance company soon. Service we recieved is bad, people working there is not really willing to help and our insurance plan changed with out us knowing. Services were removed and others added without our knowledge do not use this insurance company. Wanting to lodge a claim but no help. Mash Bloemfontein is useless! Will be moving to Auto & General as they are much friendlier, and actually do their job.

Phoned on the 28/05 - left a message with the lady. The staff work from home, but don't answer the calls. Phoned on the 04/06 - Left a message again. Phoned today 09/06 - at 8, 9 and 10. Still no answer

NO ONE ANSWERS THE BLOODY PHONES ! And when they do you get put through to another line and it just rings again !
