Bryte insurance is money hell! Absolutely no communication with my claim… waited more than 7 weeks, then I was told it’s a grey area. Pathetic service.
Very disappointed with the service received. Claimed in February and still awaiting a reply. When we try contact the broker he never gets back to us. We have had to try get hold of Bryte insurance company ourselves and they won't help us, as they say that our broker needs to communicate with us.
