In a recent visit I made to the establishment, the ladies were friendly and highly responsive towards what I was requiring. I was assisted well, the turn around time for what came to do was very quick and swift , i highly recommend this place...

This was a terrible experience, from the start all the way to more than three weeks later, when the simple claim matter has still not been resolved. From the tedious time spent being directed from one number to the next, costing airtime, to requesting updates on a daily basis because no information on developments were forthcoming, this has been terrible. And all the while, there's no clarity on the situation with the rental car, which the insurance only covers for two weeks. And then when you ask for clarity on this, there's no information either. Just silence. After all the payments, all the years of being with them, when you finally need them to deliver, they drop you. I would not recommend Indwe Risk Services or anyone that uses them, such as their third party insurance providers.

They don't process black clients claims it is a fact they take longer and their office will tell you of the the rejection that might happen and they don't respond to you . You have to call them for update. Imagine you having strees after your loss and your insurance because you black they treat you badly after many years using. It is a shame .

The offices are well kept and still attended as per COVID protocol cleaning staff are cleaning all touch services during the day and staff are very helpful to attend to your needs
