This Broker together with Old Mutual has given me the worst experience ever, since my geyser was replaced in December, they still haven’t sent someone or paid me to get someone to fix my ceiling, claim number 124647891

I wanted to just pass through a note of thanks to Hypersurance for the stellar support that I have received from Wilma to resolve my building insurance claim. It has been a tiresome 3 months and Wilma had constantly been helping through the resolution of my issue. Her ability to respond to my queries, follow up with the Insurance and push them for resolution is sincerely appreciated. I have not had a more pleasant experience in dealing a claims matter before and feel comforted that Wilma had it all in hand to ensure proper resolution.
