Keep phoning a business line and the more we state that the more you demand to talk to some random person who doesn't work here. Total of 15 calls daily.

You people are so irritating!!!!! Get a life and go sell your crap somewhere else irratation company this!!!!stop phoning me 200 times a day for nothing

After multiple times of asking these people they keep on phoning me saying they want to “do business” I asked more than 3 time to be removed from their contact list and yet they keep phoning. To my knowledge it is a breach of my privacy and a breach of POPI act!

Does Friends 4 life not employ consultants in line with the FAIS Act? Is there not a clause for Honesty and Integrity? It is not acting without Honesty and Integrity to pretend to be a client interested in buying a car to be put through to sales to offer them under the table kick backs? You should be investigated and debarred.

The only company that doesn't take no for an answer... Even if you blocked their number, they still keep calling.. If you think you safe, they start calling you on your work number claiming to be buying a vehicle🤦🏽‍♂️

I haven't done business with this company, but I called and asked to speak to the finance manage, and it was abundantly clear that the lady who answered the call couldn't be bothered with doing her job because she hung up on me without attempting to transfer me. Your phone number is the first point of contact with your organization, and based on this unpleasant experience I would rather never any dealings with this company.

Disgusting business to deal with. Have begged to be removed from their call list. Have written mails formally requesting the same. Some days we receive well over 15 calls. They disguise their telephone numbers to bypass our blacklisting system. What they try do is get our clients information (Clearly against the POPI Act) to offer insurance, for the information they offer a bribe (R 1500) to the salesmen dumb enough to provide them with the same..

I am in the motor industry - and these people phone me 6 to 9 times a day. And when I reject them, they keep on and on phoning constantly . This is near harassment - why would they keep on phoning constantly on and on and on and on...... although I already said NO THANK YOU. Don't they have any system in place - I am sure they are in breach of the Popia act - since they want the salesman to give their customer's personal details to them, and they are targeting the unsuspected salesman - promising them money for the info. Sometimes they pretend to be a buying customer to get to speak to a salesman. These people need to be reported to the inforegulator of south africa.

I work for a car dealer, and we are not allowed to share any information of our customers with any Insurance Brokers. On the daily basis I get phone calls sometime 3 to 4 times with regards canvassing for customers from your company, I would like to know and I have verbally requested to have our contact number removed from your system, to stop receiving the daily calls that it is becoming a pain in the "but".
