I’ve been with this insurance company for the past 5 years, and overall my experience has been positive. Their service has been reliable, claims were handled professionally. I’ve appreciated the peace of mind they provided. However, the main reason I’m reconsidering my policy is the cost of the premiums. While the service quality has been good, the premiums have become significantly higher compared to other insurers currently in the market offering similar or better cover. As a customer, affordability is an important factor, and it has become difficult to justify the price difference. I’m grateful for the service I received over the years, but I would encourage the company to review their pricing to remain competitive and retain long-term customers.
