WHY IS THERE DO I HAVE TO SELECT ONE STAR FOR THIS PEOPLE , THEY DONT DESERVE A STAR, USELESS SERVICE..

Stay far away from this insurance company. Their service is very very poor . They will never answer their phones.

Poor call centre,I would never recommend this insurance to anyone.they don't answer their phones even the emails.any one please share the working contact details coz woooow and the sad part is we are paying every month 😭😭😭😭😭

I have a claim with CTU as the Third party as from August 2024 because my car got damages from one of CTU Client and the owner of the car was willing the fix my car through his Insurance which is CTU. The service that I am receiving from CTU consultant is very poor because even now my claim is not yet finalized the consultant keep on playing hide and seek while car is not fixed. the consultant keep on telling lies about the status of the claim ad lately he is telling me that is waiting for a report from the assessor but when I spoke to Assessor she confirm that the report was summited few days back but when I call him he is not admitting that he receive the report. CTU and it consultant are playing around with people and it customers, their service is extremely poor.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!! If I could give a 0star I would. CTU has given us the worst experience and services no matter how big your books are with them. The workmanship is extremely poor! Claims take months to pay out. Authorization is extremely delayed!

the treatement i have recieved so far from Trish working in KZN is absolute terrible Ive never experienced such. she doesnt know how to talk to clients.

CTU handled my claim with Claim number CL267466, they ruled that I should pay half of my car's damages and yet the person who bumbed my car did not stop on a traffic sign.I will not recommend dealing with them.

I worked with CTU for 5 years but this time I am not happy with the service I got .I hope it wont happen again.

Had a query concerning a recent debit, the lady by the name of Perisha Pillay took my call, investigate then called me back, I ended up getting a discount on my premium..... 5 stars to u ma'am, keep up the good work....
