Hi, I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Budget Insurance. Firstly, it is very difficult to get hold of anyone when calling. Instead of speaking to a consultant, you are directed to an automated system that keeps you on hold with music playing for over an hour while waiting for assistance. I have been calling since 8:00 AM, and no one has assisted me so far. This level of service is unacceptable. If I am unable to receive help with a simple matter, it raises serious concerns about what would happen if I needed to submit a claim. Based on this experience, I am considering cancelling my policy. I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this matter.
