I had Abad exp after death I phoned assupol they say I can sent the documents only after as week when asked about the progress of the clai m someone said to me you are not the beneficiary and asked me about personal things and after told me you are not the beneficiary they requested me to give them the number for beneficiary I refused BC's I believe if someone send you the details the must also be a contact number

I am very disappointed about what about to me I had cash back. And someone from the company tried to change my personal information to something that was not right. And take all the money I had to go to banker to change everything back.

If I could rate them 0 I would, my grandma passed away only 1 month before she was covered and we even offered to pay the last premium and they refused. What type of service is that. We spent money for 5 months FOR NOTHING!!!!

I signed a contract with assupol and we agreed that they must deduct my money on the 28th of every month now they deducted on the 22nd why???i want my money coz Assupol is breaching my contract!!!!!

I went to claim the cash back claim at Westgate Mall on 2/5/2023. I was told will receive the money after 7 days. Nothing has been deposited and when you phone the customer service number it rings for a long time.

I am very unhappy with your consultants I have signed up with one of your agents for a funeral cover on the 7/8 March 2023 however the office has been trying to contact me during working hours to process the application but could lt answer the phone as I'm not allowed to sit with my cellphone at work. The agent then phoned me on whatsapp (during working hours) asking me if I am busy I said yes but she continued phoning a guy at the office to do the confirmation of the policy. He also asked if I am busy i said yes he than continued asking the necessary questions to complete the application (which i confirmed but not being very comfortable as i was scared management would see me on my cellphone). The moment the guy dropped the phone I have send her a whatsapp (voice note) asking that she should ask the guy not the process the application as there is certain things I would like to confirm first before completing the application (i noted that i would come that very same day during my lunch hour) she than said no problem we would do that the next day as she's not based at my office for the day and that we would do it the next day when she comes to my office. When I received my payslip and I saw that they deducted the money, I than informed her her only response was ahh so would you like to cancel. My response was so canceling and just lose a whole R550 she never replied again to see how she could assist from there. I phone the customer service department/complaints department on the 24 April 2023 and explained my situation they said they will forward me a complaint forms and I should complete the form and submit it which they provided me with an email address till date I have not received it, I have send a normal email to the email address the agent gave me to request the form and until today still haven't received the form.
