Poor communication and worst service ever

Your call centre is like an chicken without an head running up and down and nothing happens. This is pathetic service. Between you and OOBA this is pure madness.

Surely the best insurance broker I ever dealt with. Most helpful staff, ever ready to help you.

The most useless insurance company. If I were you, I would've bother taking policy with them, I open a claim three weeks ago, Until today, it hasn't been attended to. I've called them countless times with no action from. They kept telling me that everything will be resolved by end of business and they'll give me update. And they never update me. I've never received any communication from them during this claim process. I'm the one that has to follow up with the claim.

The service was excellent and well received

Please can the owner of 4-Sure call me ! I have spent hours and hours on calls each day to your call center and can not get a simple geyser replaced since Monday. Between 4sure- KingPrice l- kwikot and all your suppliers no one is able to assist me.

Hi. I'm waiting 5days for my geyser and pipes to be replaced. Not good response time. The client must suffer.

Friendly staff, decent advice, but lousy customer parking. My stance regarding 4-Sure over the last 30+ years was one of total trust, however recent interactions (November 2020 - June 2021) resulted in me becoming somewhat more circumspect, a little more cautious, and not expecting 4-Sure to put clients interests 1st, ahead of their own.

Speaking to these guys makes me feel like I was family. They go the extra mile to assist me invest or insure. I trust Yusuf Waja whole heartedly.
