The staff does not tell you the proper requirements on the phone. Very rude. It took me 3 visits to have the correct documents on to recluse they cannot help me because my claim was R27000.00. Waste of time and petrol for me being unemployed. Staff should be trained. Also will in the consulting room, you are always disturbed by staff with personal issues. It becomes frustrating.
